INSIDE SALES

Job responsibilities include:

·         Record notes during weekly sales meetings and update notes for upcoming meetings

·         Prepare weekly sales updates using excel  and word

·         Make calls to prospective customers to set appointments for outside reps

·         Keep records of prospective customer interactions

·         Data entry and follow up

·         Prepare and maintain a regular schedule of daily, monthly, semiannual and annual calls

·         Support sales department by assisting with paperwork, follow up, and continued contact with prospects

·         Sort prospects and order by level of importance

·         New account sales

·         Filing

·         Answering phones

·         Running errands (post office runs, etc)

·         Resolving customer complaints by determining the cause of the problem, finding the best suited solution to the problem, and following up to ensure resolution

·         Processing and collecting payments
